Director - Ralph Booth, Founding Partner, Fontinalis Partners
Ralph Booth is a Founding Partner of Fontinalis. As an investment professional with significant operational, strategic and transactional experience in both domestic and international markets, Ralph has repeatedly built and scaled companies from inception to IPO.
Since 1995, Ralph has served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Booth American Company (BAC), a private investment firm. As CEO, Ralph continues to expand BAC’s investment strategy and holdings both domestically and internationally by helping young companies of all types to grow and access new markets. Ralph’s experience spans the globe, having built companies in the United States, Europe and South America.
In 1989, he formed a European telecommunications division to provide broadband services in the U.K. He developed English Cable Enterprises and subsequently merged it into NTL, Inc. in 1994. Ralph then co-founded European Cable Capital Partners with Goldman Sachs and purchased a controlling interest in Diamond Cable Communications, Plc. Diamond was then merged into NTL, Inc., in 1999, forming the largest broadband telecommunications provider in the U.K. Prior to 1995, Ralph held the position of President and Chief Financial Officer of BAC, overseeing the development of the company's broadcast media, telecommunications and cable television divisions.
Ralph also acts as a board member of Diveo Broadband Networks, Inc. with operations in Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia and of Grupo Clarin, S.A. headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He is a past trustee of The Henry Ford and the Hotchkiss School, and has been active with the Valley Floor Preservation initiative in Telluride, CO. Ralph holds a B.A. from Harvard University.
Director - Thomas R. Liebermann
Tom is the Chairman and CEO of Advanced Systems International, Inc. (ASI), a holding company for industrial technology investments and acquisitions. Additionally, Tom serves as Chairman of the Board at, CLIMAX Portable Machine Tools, Inc. (CPMT), and as a Director on the Boards at Thermacore, Inc., Executive Resources International, (ERI) LLC., and as an Operating Partner at Argosy Private Equity investing in middle market companies. He is also Chairman and CEO of EXSE, a marine charter business for S/Y Swish (www.sailswish.com). He received his MBA from the Wharton Graduate School of Business, a B.S. in Civil Engineering and a BA in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania.
Director - Christopher W. Lynch, General Partner, Ascent Venture Partners
Chris has over thirty years of venture capital experience, twenty five of which have been spent with Ascent. Chris began his venture capital career in 1977 at TA Associates, focusing on communications and media investments. Chris later joined the Massachusetts Capital Corporation, where he served as an Investment Officer and Vice President. In 1984, Chris became President of MCC Corp., a spin-off of Massachusetts Capital Corporation that focused in the technology and broadcasting industries. Chris joined Ascent in 1985 as a Managing Partner.
Current board seats include Everyday Wireless, Innoveer, The Corporate Marketplace and ZoomInfo.

Director - Steve Ricci, Senior Partner, Flagship Ventures
Steve is a senior partner with Flagship Ventures. He has over 30 years of experience in the venture capital industry and has been directly involved in the financing of over 125 companies. Prior to the formation of Flagship Ventures, Steve was a General Partner at OneLiberty Ventures, a predecessor firm to Flagship. Prior to joining OneLiberty in 1994, he was a General Partner at Palmer Partners. Steve's early career includes several years in manufacturing engineering with Dupont and Cambridge Tool. He has an engineering degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Steve is a past president of the New England Venture Capital Association, and was a founding advisor to Gilde Ventures, a major European venture capital firm.
During the past two decades, Steve has developed an extraordinarily deep and broad understanding of the businesses and business models in the information and communications technology sector. He has been involved in the financing of many highly successful companies including Astral Point Communications (purchased by Alcatel, NYSE: ALA), Banyan Systems (now ePresence, Nasdaq: EPRE), CardScan (purchased by Newell Rubermaid, NYSE: NWL), Charter Systems (purchased by BISYS, Nasdaq: BSYS), Cintas (Nasdaq: CTAS), Gensym Corp. (Nasdaq: GNSM), i-Logix (purchased by Telelogic, Stockholm Exchange: TLOG), Indus River Networks (purchased by Cabletron, NYSE: CS), NetGenesis Corp. (Nasdaq: NTGX, purchased by SPSS, Nasdaq: SPSS), Stratus Computer (NYSE: SRA, purchased by Ascend, Nasdaq: ASND) and Summa Four (Nasdaq: SUMA, purchased by Cisco, Nasdaq: CSCO).
Steve currently serves on the following boards: Affinnova, Brainshark, Carbon Design and ZoomInfo. He also works closely with Netuitive, and Polatis.
Don Wallworth, Everyday Solutions, Inc., Chief Executive Officer.
Prior to joining Everyday Solutions, Don held senior management growth positions including titles of CEO/COO/CFO with a variety of companies including Avery Dennison Corporation, Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Keen Partners, GoldK.com, Accenture and MRO Software/PSDI. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering from George Washington University and an MBA from Columbia University
Director - Jay Wurts, Everyday Solutions, Inc., President
Jay is the President and Chief Technical Officer at Everyday Solutions. Prior to joining Everyday Solutions he has been the CEO of five other companies including OuterLink, AVL for helicopters and trucks, GreatWay Technology, software products for eBusiness transaction processing infrastructure, Open Data operational decision support software, Symbolics , the leading manufacturer of computer workstations for artificial intelligence and expert system applications, and Management Decision Systems, business intelligence software. Both MDS and Symbolics were recognized by Inc. Magazine’s Fastest Growing Companies. He received a BS in Electrical Engineering and Management from MIT.
